Mac, the owner of Comfort Detectives, came by after calling to see what my questions were about my Air Conditioner .

He didn’t try to sell me a new one but with a thorough checking of its cooling capacity and the noise I was hearing
and checking the furnace .. he found the cause of the noise and assured me it is working well .
I paid for a service agreement and he will come back for a fall and spring checkup of the systems.
I recommend him for his knowledge and good business practices.

Mac was super awesome and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and did all the checks to make sure everything was 100% functional. If you are looking for honest, professional and quick to resolve the problem, COMFORT DETECTIVES is the business to trust. We will definitely seek Mac’s services in the future. Thank you, Mac!

Highly recommend Comfort Detectives. Always showed up on time, fast service, and prices are great. We had 4 quotes to move our outdoor units and they were fair priced and the most reliable communication. Definitely will contact them again when needed.

Came out as a second opinion being told I had to replace my system for 9k. Mac found the disconnect to be bad and recharged the system for a WHOLE lot less than 9k: $300. So happy he was the 3rd tech to come out. Highly recommeneded. Will use from here on out. Thanks Mac!
